OsteoGen® Collagen Plug — 10 × 20 mm (Large)

OsteoGen® Collagen Plugs with Calcium Apatite (10 × 20 mm) combine a resorbable collagen matrix with mineralized calcium apatite particles in a single, ready-to-use format. Designed for socket preservation and ridge management procedures, this pre-formed plug simplifies graft placement without the need for loose particulate mixing.

The OsteoGen® Large Collagen Plug (10 × 20 mm) is indicated for use in extraction sockets and ridge preservation procedures where a combined collagen and mineralized matrix is clinically desired. The integrated design allows clinicians to place a pre-formed graft matrix directly into the socket without additional mixing or layering steps. Once hydrated, the collagen component adapts to the surrounding anatomy and may be secured using sutures according to the clinician’s surgical protocol. Common Clinical Applications:

• Extraction Socket Management: May be placed following molar or premolar extraction.
• Ridge Preservation: Used as part of the clinician’s grafting workflow to support site contour management.
• Adjunct to Suturing: May be stabilized with PTFE Sutures when primary closure is indicated.
