Dentigo is committed to delivering dental instruments and restorative materials quickly, safely, and accurately to dental practices across the United States. Below is an overview of our order processing and shipping guidelines.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been prepared for shipment.

2. U.S. Shipping

We currently ship within the continental United States (Lower 48 states).

Economy Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days, depending on destination.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days.

Orders shipping to East Coast states (such as NY, NJ, PA, MA, and FL) may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery window.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Economy Shipping is available on all U.S. orders of $75 or more.
  • Economy Shipping: $7.99 for orders under $75.
  • Standard Shipping (3–4 business days): $15.00.

Shipping rates are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your purchase.

You may track your shipment directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

5. Delivery & Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

Dentigo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier first for immediate assistance.
