  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been prepared for shipment.

2. U.S. Shipping

  • We currently ship within the continental United States (Lower 48 states).
  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on destination.
  • Orders shipping to East Coast states (NY, NJ, PA, MA, FL, etc.) typically arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
  • Tracking information is provided via email once the order has shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.

4. Order Tracking

5. Delivery & Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout.
  • Dentigo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
  • If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first for immediate assistance.
