Return Policy & Procedure

  • Items are not eligible for refund beyond 15 days from the date of purchase.

  • All returns must include proof of purchase, such as a sales invoice or receipt.

  • Please contact our Customer Service team by phone or email before sending a return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to any items returned for refund.

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • New or unused

  • Unopened and in original packaging

  • In resalable condition with all components included

Warranty Exclusions (Not Covered)

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, mishandling, or lack of proper care

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations

Limitation of Liability

Dentigo is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of product value or usage

  • Improper setup, installation, or sterilization
