Maruchi EndoCem MTA Premixed Regular – Root Canal Repair Material (2g) is a ready-to-use MTA material supplied in a pre-loaded syringe for vital pulp therapy, perforation repair, and root-end filling. Its premixed C3S-based formulation eliminates powder-liquid mixing and has a manufacturer-listed setting time of approximately 3–5 minutes.

EndoCem MTA Premixed Regular is a pre-loaded, injectable MTA material designed for endodontic repair and vital pulp therapy procedures. The premixed format eliminates conventional powder-liquid preparation and allows the material to be delivered directly through dedicated application tips.

Maruchi describes the premixed formulation as based on pure synthetic C3S with zirconium oxide and designed for rapid sol-gel change and compaction. The manufacturer also reports high compressive strength, stable dimensional change, and biocompatibility comparable to powder-type MTA.

According to the manufacturer's instructions for use, EndoCem MTA Premixed Regular has a setting time of approximately 3–5 minutes, radiopacity equivalent to 3 mm Al or greater, and solubility of less than 3%.
