FineEtch® is a 37% phosphoric acid semi-gel etchant developed for enamel and dentin conditioning before adhesive restorative procedures.
Its semi-gel consistency is designed to provide controlled placement while effectively removing the smear layer from the prepared tooth surface.
According to SPIDENT's Instructions for Use, enamel may be etched for approximately 20–30 seconds, while dentin etching should be limited to a maximum of 15 seconds. After etching, rinse thoroughly with clean water and follow the adhesive manufacturer's instructions for subsequent bonding procedures.
