The Dentigo 3-0 PTFE Monofilament Suture with 19mm reverse-cutting needle is indicated for implant placement, posterior ridge augmentation, sinus grafting, and multi-site extraction closures where increased soft-tissue thickness or flap tension is present. Compared to finer gauges such as 4-0, the 3-0 diameter offers greater tensile capacity for procedures requiring stronger tissue approximation. The 19mm 3/8 circle reverse-cutting needle is designed to provide controlled passage through dense connective tissue while supporting precise flap adaptation. PTFE material exhibits minimal memory compared to many synthetic sutures, allowing the strand to remain manageable during advanced suturing techniques. The 18-inch (45 cm) thread length provides adequate working span for common regenerative and implant workflows.
