EsFlow® PLUS Injectable is a high-viscosity, light-cured injectable composite developed for clinicians incorporating injection-based restorative techniques. Unlike traditional low-strength flowables, this formulation is engineered to provide enhanced physical properties while maintaining injectable precision. Its thixotropic handling profile allows the material to flow during placement and stabilize once positioned, supporting controlled contouring and adaptation in both anterior and posterior applications. Nano-filler technology contributes to balanced mechanical performance and surface durability, while the light-cure system allows predictable working time and layering control. Indications include Class I through Class V restorations, conservative cavity preparations, and use as a high-strength base or core-build-up liner where additional structural support is desired. The material may also be utilized in injection molding techniques for precise anatomical replication. For optimal adhesive performance, use in conjunction with K-Bond Universal adhesive within a modern adhesive restorative protocol.
