OsseoSeal™ FDBA (1cc) is a mineralized freeze-dried bone allograft formulated for use in ridge preservation, socket grafting, and guided bone regeneration (GBR) procedures. The 50/50 cortico-cancellous blend is selected to support structural stability while providing an osteoconductive scaffold for regenerative site development.
⭐ 50/50 Cortico-Cancellous Blend
Combines cortical structure for space maintenance with cancellous porosity to support scaffold architecture and physiologic remodeling.
⭐ Controlled Particle Size (250–1000 µm)
Particulate range selected to balance surface area and structural integrity during graft placement.
⭐ Consistent Handling Characteristics
Hydrophilic particles hydrate efficiently and can be adapted to the defect site for controlled surgical placement.
⭐ Tissue Bank–Processed Allograft
Sourced and processed in FDA-registered facilities under established tissue bank protocols.

OsseoSeal™ Freeze-Dried Bone Allograft (FDBA) is a mineralized particulate graft indicated for socket preservation, ridge augmentation, sinus grafting, and periodontal defect management. The cortico-cancellous composition is designed to support dimensional stability while allowing physiologic remodeling over time. Unlike fully cancellous grafts that may resorb more rapidly, or exclusively cortical grafts that may remodel more slowly, the blended structure provides a balanced scaffold architecture suited for regenerative procedures where space maintenance is clinically important. Supplied sterile and ready for hydration with sterile saline, PRF, or autologous blood, OsseoSeal™ integrates into contemporary surgical workflows. It may be used as a standalone graft or in combination with a collagen membrane as part of guided bone regeneration protocols.

Case-Fit Volume Planning

The 1cc format may be appropriate for single-root socket preservation or localized defects where moderate graft volume is required. Selecting graft size based on defect dimensions may help reduce unused material while maintaining procedural efficiency.

Dentigo offers multiple volume options to support thoughtful material planning across varying surgical indications.
